Our Candidate of the month Abebi has been talking us through her process for caregiving and how she applies ‘Person-Centred Care’ . At Frank & Partners, we encourage our candidates to study each care facility and the residents to assure each person is treated right. It’s not about ‘one size fits all’ the aim is to always look out for the individual needs of our clients and those in our care.
