Great care starts before a shift begins. We recruit for values, judgement and experience, then prepare every person to meet the standards our partners expect.
Rigorous standards — Only one in 25 applicants becomes an F&P member of staff.
More than a CV — We assess values, communication and the responsibility required to support others.
Prepared and trusted — Checks, training and preparation are completed before anyone represents F&P.
Always improving — We listen, review performance and act whenever standards are not met.
